Job Summary
- Work out detail Engineering, Assembly creation and Release process
- Knowledge of Chassis design and structural components
- Must have a basic understanding of Automotive components like various aggregates like chassis, axle, suspension, steering system, brakes etc.
- Team Centre knowledge, PLM
- Good knowledge and understanding of Tooling & Manufacturing processes
- Willing to work at various levels in the organization as per project requirements.
- CAD modelling ofChassiscomponents and their assemblies ensuring timely delivery at every milestone as per the Project time plan
- Define validation plan ofChassiscomponents and assemblies on component level meeting all requirements of functionality, performance and quality as per industry standards.
- Good knowledge of Adams calculation, clearance study and articulation
- Good knowledge of GD&T, strong hands-on experience in CAD software
