Job Summary
- Experience in core Exchange On-premise and Exchange Online.
- Architectural Exchange On-premise with Hybrid environment consisting of Exchange O365 and Edge Server.
- Handling the core exchange mail flow issues including o365 issues, and Edge Server.
- Setting up the protection on the mail server.
- Checking message tracking log, connector logs and pipeline tracking and isolating the issue.
- Troubleshooting with mail flow issues, and creation of connectors from 2013 to 2016 exchange server.
- Setting up the Relays, retention policy, transport services and Transport rules.
- Installation of server 2013 to 2016 with CU and Ru up-gradation.
- Configuring DAG, Replication services and Shadowing.
- Handling Database corruption and recovery with dirty shutdown and clean shutdown state with soft, hard recovery dial-tone recovery.
- Free busy, calendar issues, with cross-forest proxy servers, setting up a free busy sharing environment.
- Troubleshooting certificate-related issues creation and uploading of the certificate via MMC and PowerShell.
- Troubleshooting with Outlook client app and checking logs via connectivity test and MFC Mapi.
- Checking and taking Fiddler and Netmon logs, Connectivity test with health check script for server
