Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibility :

Implementation and Monitoring of NABH Standards / and other relevant Hospital Accreditation Standards

Coordinating for NABH / other accreditation standards across various departments of the hospital including interacting and Interviewing different stakeholders to ensure compliance of the Accreditation standards

Act as a liaison between hospital and NABH for accreditation process

Training of champions, hospital staff for NABH / other hospital wide audits

Various activities to prepare the hospital for NABH Audit/ other hospital wide audit

Data Collection, Coordination, Collating data for Quality Indicators with CAPA and performance improvement

Internal Assessment as per Accreditation Standards

Applying statistical and quality tools to monitor performance indicators

Identifying benchmarks and standards of international and national level and implementation of these programmes

Quality Indicator Review

Coordinating for Internal Audits, Clinical Audits, Patient Care and Nursing Audits including conducting various audits

To review various committees recommendations and implementation and reporting the same

Preparing documentation including SOP

Conduct Risk Assessment for various departments along with user departments

Part of Hospital Safety team

Involvement in other departmental audits and certifications when required

Any other relevant assignment given by the Immediate superior


Qualification


MBA in Healthcare Management. MBBS with MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Administration would be prefered.
