Job Summary
  • Responsible for overseeing all Level 1 and 2 Account Managers, shop team members, and drivers.
  • Responsible for taking, placing, and ensuring the proper fulfillment of all orders.
  • Prepare quotes and enter orders for existing customers.
  • Identify proper customer buying influences and correctly identify their site challenges, the reasons they are occurring, and
  • Certified Slings' solutions for solving their challenges - project superintendent, foreman, purchasing, and site supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the customer.
