Account Executive/sr. Executive - Client Servicing Job in Pad Integrated Communications Pvt. Ltd.

Roles & Responsbilities:

Responsible for managing client relationships and overlooking operations for everyday deliverables.

Understand the brief which is received from the client, explain to the internal team (Copywriters, Designers, Brand Strategies, Social And Digital Executives, Video & Film ) and get the work done, and deliver to the client.

Managing the quick resolution of escalations and issues raised by clients and internal teams

Driving creativity and efficiencies in the existing process while ensuring team targets are consistently met

Monitoring client's satisfaction levels and team performance on a regular basis

Managing agency's financials to consistently limit overhead costs and increasing both monetary and brand value of accounts

Regularly drive business reviews with Management (Client and Internal)

check the overall health of the account and the internal team's performance

Understanding of Marketing Strategy and Business mechanisms of various categories
