Preferred Skills:

• 3 years' of relevant work experience in business development.
• Should have proven sales track record, preferably in USA, EUROPE, and MENA.
• Good experience and well-versed with in extracting leads using LinkedIn, Xing, Hoovers etc.
• Generate leads for Sales divisions in Europe, USA and MENA.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the business development team in USA and Germany.
• Conduct meetings with the existing clients to explore more opportunities.
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the IT industry.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company s products/services.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates with German language skills would be an advantage.
