Required Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master with minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Principles.
• Facilitates daily scrum protocols such as the Daily Stand-up, Backlog refinement and Sprint planning, Product Demos, and Retrospection.
• Build Project Plan, Assist/define Project Scope, Monitor Project Progress, Manage Changes to Project Scope, Timely Feedback, Drive a Culture of Agility and Learning.
• Should do the story point estimation with the team, identify dependencies, risks and mitigate.
• Focus on ever-improving team dynamics and performance to Meet Deadlines and Desired Outcome.
• Bring Innovative or Creative Ideas to Improve the Project Execution.
• Experience of handling geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrates understanding of time management, resource management, and possesses good project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and self-driven.
