Software Engineer

Tasks:

• Working in the Production Support team, where you will provide high quality operational and technical application and systems support to our internal business functions.
• Daily monitoring of Ecommerce and POS transactions in Salesforce OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud for complete order life cycle.
• Investigate, report, track, analyze and resolve errors.
• Identify common pattern of errors.
• Create change control to enhance solution to improve transaction tracking, monitoring and resolution of errors.

Skills:

• Should have 2-3 years of experience in similar profile.
• Good web application development skills are required.
• Candidate should have hands on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Java.
• It s good to have experience Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Salesforce but not mandatory.
