Job Summary

In process and final inspection of our Products / Processes / Lab in our Factory with Inspection agencies / 3 rd Party Agencies / Inspectors from Clients.
Quality inspection of technical components, acceptance tests, performance tests.
Witnessing of WPS Qualification.
To inspect fabricated & machined components, Gear Box Components and Castings.
Coordination with Third Party Inspectors and Clients.
Interpretation of LPT Techniques.
Stage inspection as per QAP of product.
Handling Documentation, Preparation of Inspection reports TCS, Final Inspection reports as per QAP requirements.
Attending all Q.C. activities on shop on shop floor for applicable coded fabrication.
Creating and Managing Inspection / Q.C. related the Reports / Documents for dispatch / Pre and Post Inspections.
Inspect the LPT, Hydro, Pneumatic, Vacuum Tests and all require test of QAP during manufacturing process.
Inspection of Machining Components to verify Calibration Certification of Measuring Instruments.
Endeavour is taken to assign Inspection with our Vendors / Suppliers in PAN INDIA.
To carry your I D Proof and all relevant formats while going to Vendors / Suppliers / our Customers.
After recording observations and verifying documents of Vendor, Photographs of Products / Site is to be taken.
Inspection report is prepared and signature of Vendor / Supplier / Customer is obtained.
Reports are to be submitted to office periodically as per requirement of the Project.
Must know NDT, Ultrasonic, Dynamic Balancing, Vibration Monitoring, Sound Level Measurement and use of Measuring Instruments.
