Sr. Engineer (production) Job in Paltech
Job Summary
- As In charge of Gearbox and Machine Shop Division, he will be required take up Following Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, manufacturing ,Assembling and testing of Gear boxes equivalent to series 32,27,22 and 20 Gearboxes as per requirement of our company ( on Time )
- Arrange Raw materials ( on Time) based on lead time of items.To raise Indents accordingly.
- To ensure top quality (Performance ) and top finished Products
- To ensure inspection and testing report of all gearboxes. To keep their Inspection / Testing reports / Documentation related with Gear box section and machine shops.
- To develop in house testing facilities to test gearboxes equivalent of series 36 and 32.
- Must be able to read / develop / Illustrate mechanical Drawings.
- To bring down cost of all Gearboxes, without Compromising Quality.
- To handle and manage our all machine shops where we are manufacturing components like Fan Hubs, Drive Shafts, Fans and Drive shafts balancing.
