Job Description:

• Have to perform installation, validation and commissioning of company products
• Have to perform troubleshooting, service and repairs of company products
• Have to perform maintenances of company products
• Need to provide utter most technical support to customers
• Have to provide onsite training to the customers
• Need to interact with the concerned Departments to identify the RCA s
• Have to maintain Installation and service information in the company database
• Timely responses and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
• Proper submission of all required paperwork Intime
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits
• Good Communication skills and punctual at work
• Ready to travel both Domestic and International
