Job Summary

Qualification: B E in Mechanical

Location: Malur (Kolar District) 25 Km from Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Establish, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system (QMS) and perform other quality assurance tasks to maintain the company s compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001. Work closely with all employee to ensure that all aspects of the QMS understood, implemented and maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Prepare design Dossier, Technical Construction file for CE /FDA /MDR/ BIS
  • Performing product testing as per applicable IEC Standards. Knowledge of Basic and Essential Performance of IEC 60601-1,IEC 60601-1-2-EMC/EMI, Usuablity/Human factors Engineering
  • Schedule and perform audit activities, to include pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations
  • Assist operating units with development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans to improve overall ISO compliance and quality results
  • Present to managers on improvement projects and activities
  • Compile & write training material and conduct training sessions on improvement tools & methodologies
  • Ensure applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest updates/ modifications related to ISO quality systems
  • Support the development and administration of the customer corrective and preventative action (CAPA), internal non-conformance and Quality Management Systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of ISO, IEC requirements
  • Computer literate; able to utilize MS Office Suite, MS Project
  • Must excel at working in a team environment
