The Senior Power Applications Team Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Power Applications projects. This leadership position requires a unique blend of technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing and implementing Power Apps solutions, with a proven track record in team leadership and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Power Applications Team, setting a clear vision and strategy for developing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in Power Apps development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Power Apps solutions.

- Manage the team's workload and priorities, ensuring a high level of performance and engagement.

- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

- Stay up to date with the latest developments and features in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, incorporating them into our strategy and practices.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Apps development and team leadership.

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) and its application to business processes.

- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading successful technology projects from inception to completion.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a commitment to developing and nurturing talent.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform are highly desirable.
