Job Summary

This is a home based position, the marketing manager will be responsible for developing the marketing plan in line with the business strategy and will manage the execution among cross functions within the company.The marketing manager plays a critical role in supporting various marketing campaigns for aquisitions, conversations and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving online channel revenue growth and management of all online campaigns.

Responsible for the selection, monitoring and management of marketing agencies.

Responsible for execution of various campaigns on acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Develop initiatives for market penetration and growth of market share and proffer recommendations to the CM.

Execution, performance reporting and analysis on all SMS, Email, display and mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.

Execution of Social Media channels Roadmap and Optimization of Posts.

Collaborate with internal and external research teams to develop consumer marketing insights aimed at acquiring intelligence on the preferences and behavioural patterns within the industry and converting opportunities into measurable initiatives to meet customer needs.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in defining effective channels for communicating approved initiatives aimed at creating awareness in the market.

Work with agency to coordinate the campaign content, creative delivery.

Develop a customer lifecycle extension plan for the market.

Provide clear direction, set targets, prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities to each member of the team.

Implement initiatives to drive market penetration and harness opportunities in other channels.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the CM.

Other Responsibilities:

End to end management of marketing campaigns.

Understand statutes and regulations related to business operations in India.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience in Marketing

iGaming experience with the Indian market

High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Understand the importance of confidentiality

Ability to perform with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Flexible to travel for deals


Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Marketing skill with 3+ years experience

Required - Diploma or higher education

Preferred - Located in Mumbai

Required - Good command over English

3 to 15 Years
