Job Title: JAVA Developer

Job Summary:

• The job holder will be required to develop services/applications using Java and Java Script.
• The job holder will have to analyze system requirements and prepare the technical design and develop application services.
• The Job holder will have to analyze integration requirements between various systems and design and develop interfaces using an Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Analysis of System Requirements
• Technical Design and Development in React JS, Java and Oracle/SQL server technologies
• Gap analysis between the existing solution and proposed change
• To prepare module project plans and manage documentation, develop any necessary procedures required to support the proposed IT solution as per Quality Standards.
• Develop, Test, Deploy and Maintain Applications
• Review the coding done by outsourced partners
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT and provide support for Performance Testing & UAT
• Provide production support.
• Prepare Project documentation.
• Conform to IT processes.

Education & experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 5 to 7+ years of experience in JAVA, Java Script (React JS) , Database (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Oracle JAVA Certified professional
• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring , Spring Boot, My Batis, Hibernate, Japser Reports and Oracle.
• 3-5 projects Implementation experience in above technologies preferred.
• Hands on experience in working in microservice and event driven application architectures using API gateway, SSO integrations . Like KAFKA, Redhat SSO and Spring API gatway
• Hands on experience in developing apps using HTML5 , Bootstrap, Advance Java script, React JS.
• Project Management methodology applied to software development projects
• Hands on experience in writing DB queries
• Hands on experience in container management platform, micro-services development is preferable

Technical Competencies:

Application Programming - The ability to code and test modules that meet the design specifications in JAVA Technologies as mentioned below

Primary

• Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Apache Active MQ, KAFKA, Hibernate, iBatis, MyBatis, Log4j, Maven, ANT, JMS, Jmeter, REST APIs, API security
• AngularJs, Bootstrap, JQuery, ExtJS, ReactJS, HTML, Hibernate, Log4j, Maven, Eclipse, Ajax, SOAP Web services, Websockets using WSS.Experience in any CI/CD tool is required, preferably Azure Devops.

Secondary

• Writing SQL queries and creating DB objects in Relational Databases like Oracle, SQL Server.Analyzing PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions and DB triggers. Development of micro-services, container management platform.
• Ability to analyze integration requirements and design and develop integrations using spring boot and Apache KAFKA
• Configuring & Optimizing the System - The ability to ensure optimum system operation through the use of system rules, control parameters or commands
• Ability to write SQL queries.
