Job Title - Oracle HCM & Payroll Lead Consultant

Location - Hyderabad office

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Should have hands-on experience in Fusion HCM Modules like Core HCM, Talent Management, Time & Labor
• Data upload using HDL, custom role creation
• Should have knowledge of Interfaces
• Should have experience in OTBI Reports, Workflow and BPM
• Good Communication & Analytical Skills
• Experience in conducting CRP sessions, workshops, End user training, system configuration etc.,
• Mandatory to have EBS support experience for 2 years in Core HR, Payroll and OTL

Education & Experience:

• >10+ years experience
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion
• Should have functional knowledge of HCM and Payroll modules, Master data

2.Cloud Payroll Functional(+ EBS Payroll

Should have hands-on experience in Fusion HCM Modules like Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor
