Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented South Sales Head to lead our sales operations in the southern region. The South Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in the southern region.
2.Set ambitious sales targets and closely monitor sales performance against targets.
3.Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
5.Identify new business opportunities and potential markets in the southern region, and devise strategies to penetrate and expand the customer base.
6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
7.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
8.Monitor and analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
9.Drive sales process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
10.Stay updated with industry developments and participate in relevant conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2.Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in the southern region.
3.Strong knowledge of the sales process, business development strategies, and market dynamics.
4.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
6.Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.
