Job Description :
1. Experience working in the Defence or similar sector. 2. Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes. 3. Should have experience in flow forming & heavy engineering. 4. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) 5. Determine requirement of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) 6. Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. 7. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines 8. Ensure output meets quality standards
