Job Summary - Conduct of laboratory data management and query management in close collaboration with internal PAREXEL departments and external partners (e.g. central laboratories)
- Set-up of lab data bases and tracking and reconciliation tools according to study and system requirements
- Design of printing documents (subject laboratory booklets) and printing coordination with printing vendors
- Development of reporting, tracking and transfer programs according to industry standards and specifications
- Perform quality checks (QC) of processes, documents and listings
- Contribute to IT project development throughout the system life cycle of lab data and tracking systems in close collaboration with the developers (e.g. software vendor)
- Provide training and support for internal and external user of lab data management systems and tracking systems

Qualifications

- Previous employment or appropriate expertise in engineering/technology area preferred within the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of the regulatory framework of drug development and clinical laboratories
- Good basic knowledge in databases and system operating, programming and/or desktop publishing tools
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Data management work experience within CRO / pharmaceutical industry or laboratories
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams
- Experience with LIMS systems would be an advantage
- Ability to execute multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
- Good English skills
