Receiving manpower requisition & understanding requirement, as per JD & Sourcing profiles as per requirement from various job portals, data base, references, mass mailing, head hunting, social and Professional Network sites.

Knowledge of diverse industry talent pools, interview techniques, evaluation methods and full-cycle recruiting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Technical field or similar role for more than 3 years

Should possess excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

Having worked in Infra / Construction industry will be highly preferred.
