• To appoint channel partners/distributors & new channel partners
• Increase productivity of existing empanelled channels
• Resolution of customer escalations, if any.
• Create understanding/awareness about the new Tests in the channel and market.
• Study area and customer segments to Collate database/ MIS of customer
• Track prospective distributors
