Job Summary

We are looking for someone to join our team as an Associate Solutions Architect.This is a hybrid role that involves working with our clients in a tactical-support capacity while being assigned a specific set of clients to work with on a deep-strategic and technical capacity in partnership with a Customer Success Manager. As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will be using your expertise in digital marketing technologies and business problem solving to help our customers work through any challenges they encounter as they utilize our software.

We are looking for someone who is capable of understanding problems and building creative and scalable solutions. You will join a small but dynamic team where you will be given the opportunity to expand your skills within a wide range of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Ultimately, you appreciate that the experience that our clients have with you will help determine how muchof their business we retain and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot any issues our customers face and act as a link between our Customer Experience Team and our Development and Product Team
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of the PathFactory platform for our customers
    • Act as the strategic advisor for your assigned clients by developing a deep-understanding of client use-cases and by combining your business-problem solving and technical skills to help create optimal paths towards resolution
  • Convey empathy to clients by practising active listening and re-iterating goals and issues shared
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities to create value for clients
  • Communicate your findings to the clients clearly and in terms that are easy to understand
  • Provide valuable feedback and insight from supporting our customers to help improve our platform
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to design and develop scalable solutions leveraging the PathFactory platform for our customers
  • Translate reports and analytics into stories and actions for our customers

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience required in a support, call centre, or customer service role
  • 2+ years experience in the MarTech industry in a marketing ops or consulting role is preferred
  • You have the aptitude and capacity to learn new skills. You're not afraid to log in to a new software application and use it or Google new concepts you did not know before
  • You enjoy business and technical problem solving for clients and think outside of the box
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and APIs is a strong plus
  • Experience in the following platforms is highly desirable. If you do not have work experience in all of them, you should have worked with at least a subset of them:
    • Marketing Automation Platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and HubSpot
    • CRM applications such as Salesforce or MS-CRM Dynamics
    • Analytics platforms such Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau

Location:

This is a remote role in India preferably in Bangalore, Delhi or Hyderabad. This job requires flexible work hours, in 8hour shifts, between the hours of 7am-7pm IST.
