Job Summary

The role requires working as the Help Desk executives at NOIDA office as well as their Patient Care Centers (PCC) in Indirapuram and Ghaziabad area. The key responsibility of the Help Desk Executive will be as follows:

  • Responsible for attending calls from Customer, MRs & Home Collection Executives. The calls can be related to booking home sample collection, enquiring about report status, seeking clarification about different health packages and so on.
  • First point of escalation for the Customer and internal team.
  • Assigning home collection executive for home sample pick up and confirming timely pick up and ensuring submission of samples at the designated PCC.
  • Collecting the samples along with the completed documentation from the Home Collection Executives at the PCC
  • Cash collections from the Home Collection Executives.
  • Internal tracking and uploading of the sample reports
  • Ensuring delivery of the report to the customer
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
