Office Admin Job Description

  • As our Office Admin, you would work efficiently to ensure that the overall office activities and operations happen properly.
  • It would be best if you secured your efficiency and compliance according to our company policies.
  • You should welcome several visitors and assist them whenever necessary.
  • Being a master of organizing conference room equipment, scheduling, and cleaning, you would also answer upcoming phone calls and respond directly to our email
  • You are going to organize coffee, catering as well as other refreshments whenever we need it
  • Your task would be to assist us with our travel arrangements related to managers and office staff
  • You should coordinate maintenance and building issues to handle repairing and updating
  • You can update and create databases and records with financial, personnel, and other data
  • You can track any number of stocks belonging to office supplies as well as place orders
  • As our office admin, you should act as Alexa and Siri to your colleagues whenever needed

What you need to apply:

  • Previous experience working on office admin jobs in Bangalore or elsewhere, as an office administrator, office assistant, or any other relevant role
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and communication skills
  • High-end leadership and organizational skills
  • Enough knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
