We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Sr Developer/ Lead that brings their ideas to the table. This person must have significant expertise in ROR and be highly detail-oriented and self-driven. Furthermore, they must inspire and mentor others when the need arises. you can explore our services as well

Your primary responsibilities might vary from:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code,
• Integration of data storage solutions,
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic, and
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

Know your work:

• Develop solutions based on specific project/product requirements, considering best practices and performance standards while promoting reusability.
• Provide hands-on knowledge of integration methodologies, Messaging, and API platforms
• Work with leadership to align solutions and data integration with business strategies and objectives.
• Work with stakeholders, product owners, and scrum masters to identify and execute software development life cycle tasks.
• Develop and monitor systems and automate tasks through appropriate tools, scripting, and documentation.

What do you need to apply:

• 4 10 years of software development experience, with an emphasis in software design & development, scripting, and unit testing; experience developing large-scale database-driven applications a plus
• 1 4 years experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other standard libraries such as RSpec and Rescue
• Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code, along with solid knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools
• Experience with system architecture or leading a software team is a strong advantage
