An SAP ERP Developer will be a crucial member of the team supporting the Pattem Digital product units on SAP and contributing to the SAP Integration teams that are migrating business units from other ERP solutions into SAP.

Know your work:

• As an SAP ERP Developer, you will work closely with the business to determine the SAP functional requirements, develop appropriate solutions, and assist in training and implementing those solutions.
• Be able to identify and prioritize analytical gaps between the current state and the best industry practices.
• Propose and implement quick wins to showcase competency and bring in immediate business value
• Prepare documentation of functional changes as well as changes in business processes.
• Coordinate with the business to establish Standard Operating Procedures for all key business areas and functions.
• Credibly work with Third-party solution providers to ensure timely, effective, and efficient solutions with our business partners.
• Cordially work with the development team to ensure timely results when complex business solutions are required.
• Maintain steady communication with IT, analytical staff, business partners, and leadership on all programs

What you need to apply:

• Minimum 5 10 years are creating application development solutions within SAP as an SAP ERP Developer, SAP ERP Specialist, or relevant roles.
• Minimum 6 years are developing SAP ERP solutions, preferably for a company involved in manufacturing and sales.
• Expertise expected in AP, AR, Sales, Billing, and Procurement. This would be highly preferred.
• Proven skills in applying theoretical knowledge to practical applications
• Highly skilled in Net Weaver and Service-Oriented Architecture
• Understanding of Data and Tables in SAP ERP
• Have a strong team-player approach when it comes to solution development
• Bachelor s degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
• Appropriate Certifications will be an added advantage.
