Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy Measure the success of campaigns and make improvements for optimisation Undertake research into brands and leads to support sales conversation Find new and successful ways to improve the number and quality of contacts in our opted-in marketing database Design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to support sales to budget Develop and coordinate email marketing, social media, written articles, and website content such as blogs, case studies, and reports Manage a programme of online and in-person events (planning, execution and follow up) Develop customer engagement strategy within Pattern Australia Coordinate Pattern and co-branded events Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar 1-2 years experience in a B2B marketing role Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Hubspot Previous experience working in a high-performing business environment Passionate about and experienced in ecommerce and the digital world Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to manage time and priorities as well as perform under pressure Ambitious and interested in developing subject matter expertise in ecommerce/marketplaces A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
