• Enviable coordination of project management activities & resources
• Be the go top person for clients to identify and define the requirements, scope, and objectives of the project identified
• Inspire, Motive and Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Ensure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
• Analyze risks and opportunities every step of the way
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and take care of issues that may arise, aka be a boss.
• Be reliable and be an active point of contact to communicate project status to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Project team and customer to eliminate blockers
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in the most exciting way possible
• Ensure defined standards and requirements are met throughout the project
• Hold Payodas name to its highest standard.

Now that you know what needs to be done, Heres what youll need:

• It would be great if youve been a Project Manager in the past with an exemplary record
• Great experience in handling multiple retainer engagements
• A spirit of collaboration to help the TA team identify and deploy resources as per client needs
• Project management experience at the very core, from conception to delivery
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills because you know teamwork makes the dream work
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Great communication over phone & emails, Creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
