Role Overview: Key Account Manager (KAM)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager Enterprise Mid Market to expand our footprint in the large enterprise segment. This role focuses on acquiring and managing strategic corporate accounts, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong partnerships with premium brands and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with large enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to maximize customer retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and technology to ensure successful merchant onboarding and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve sales strategies and performance.

  • Strong B2B/Enterprise sales experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a related tech-led ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills to build trust and close high-value deals.
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic thinker with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
