Job responsibilities:

  • Develop a full funnel marketing strategy with a strong focus on retention and loyalty across digital channels (email, paid, SEO, etc.)
  • Create scalable strategies and systems for content personalization
  • Own the on-boarding of new CRM systems to manage referral and loyalty programs
  • Work closely with product team to identify new opportunities to boost user engagement and retention
  • Establish a strong understanding of the interests and behaviors of our customer segments to build a foundation of user insights to produce actionable recommendations for growing engagement within each segment
  • Define and monitor KPIs, produce and communicate insights, and make relevant course corrections to drive core business metrics
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses and conduct experiments to inform overall engagement strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys
  • Leverage analytics tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Lookr, and A/B Testing platforms to measure impact of content efforts and diagnose opportunities for optimization.
  • Understand user pain points specific to Social Media and develop a user-first experience through skilled analysis to address consumer needs.
  • Partner with Content, Strategy, and other core marketing functions to collaborate on end-to-end user acquisition strategy.
  • Drive execution and delivery of initiatives. Consistently HBML: Hypothesize, Build, Measure, Learn.
  • Strong influencer and executioner, with the ability to translate recommendations into results.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • 6+ years of work experience in lifecycle, email, or growth marketing at a high growth consumer brand preferably in Fintech industry
  • Relevant marketing experience leading multi-channel Engagement and Brand Loyalty programs
  • Experience leveraging a complex marketing automation / email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytics background and data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
  • Great excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong results orientation, proven record performing to aggressive growth targets
    Bachelors degree required, MBA is a plus
