Job Description:

  • Logging of user details regarding the issue and giving them a trouble ticket, Providing 1st level of technical support to the users
  • Allocating tickets to the engineers.
  • Call logging and call closure
  • SLA management.
  • Coordination with the seniors & internal team members.
  • Maintaining report.
  • Assisting in back office operations.
  • Will be responsible for providing services to the customer.
  • Handling escalated technical issues

Candidate s Profile

  • Good communication Skills and flexibility to work on client side.
  • Flexibility to work in 24*7 work environment.
  • Positive & passionate to explore emerging technologies day by day.
  • Analytical thinking and innovative work approach.
  • Should be Bachelor/ Master Degree holder in relevant technology.
