Job Summary

Monitor customer queries regarding logistic issues, coordinate with logistic partner and provide solutions to customer.
Manage rate contracts and cost effective solutions by exploring max. possible logistic options.
Manage domestic & import-export logistic solutions.
Ensure on time delivery of shipments and on time update to customers in case of deviations.
Notify customer regarding deviation or any other logistic concerns.
Conduct regular meetings with logistic partners to ensure all reconciliation related to COD and logistic claims.
Verify all logistic bills with rate contract and coordinate logistic partners for any deviations Resolve logistic issues and escalate unresolved issues to TL/ GL promptly.

Qualification :
B.Com in Commerce

Experience Required :

0 to 2 Years
