Job Summary

Introduce new products like Enclosure, Soldering Tools and Assembly Services to existing customers which are using our existing product PCB for more than 20 years
Understand existing customer's profile and identify best suitable options from new products and update customer on that
Introduce existing as well new products to customers by making customer visits and presenting products in trade shows
Generate sales for product verticals like EMS (PCB Assembly services), Enclosures , Soldering tools etc. as per sales targets
Provide Pre-sales technical assistance, services and products education .
Quotation management- Submission, follow-up , Quote conversion
Answer E-mails, Phone calls and chats from customers and deals with queries as they arise. Coordinate for all with support team
Follows up with customer to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product or service.
Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary.
Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
Persuade customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Take the extra mile to engage the customer

Qualification :
Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
