Job Summary
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets of the services and products by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Maintain data relative to principal partners, strategic customer accounts and activities and document all customer interactions on the CRM
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as needed
  • Conduct Market Research to identify new customers and industries to promote our services and products
  • Solve problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

Qualification :
B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Any Specialization
Experience Required :

5 to 8 Years
