Minimum Experience:- 03 yrs and above

Salary Budget:- Max Rs. 08/- Lakhs PA

Job Location:- Powai Mumbai, Maharashtra

Qualification Required:- ICWA Inter / Pursuing CA is a must

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Only female candidates preferred from Central / Western Mumbai
• She will have to report at work
• Immediate joiners or less notice period are most preferred
• Knowledge of SAP FICO module is preferable.

Job Description:-

• General accounting
• Maintaining high level of accuracy while entering the details into SAP B1
• Checking and accounting of Vendor invoices and staff expenses reimbursement
• Preparing payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. through Net banking- Local Vendors & Outward Remittances
• Setting up payment on Netbanking portal
• Updating payments and fund flow statement
• Customer and Vendor reconciliation frequent intervals
• Reconciliation of Customs duty and other related accounts
• Tracking of RWC forms
• Handling independently payment and Filing of PF, PT,ESIC TDS, GST Returns
• Fulfilling the requirement of Income Tax & GST department and ensure all statutory compliances
• Prepare TDS Statement & file TDS E-Return before the due Date and issue TDS Certificate
• Prepare and monitor checklist of all statutory returns related to taxation like TDS, GST etc. Also ensure maintenance of all respective statutory challans and certificates as per norms
• Liaison with Statutory Auditors/GST auditors and providing them with requisite data
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Providing information for Scrutiny assessments
• Liaison with related department team members.
