• Build strong partnerships with Pearson internal business customers, technical teams, and vendors.

• Acts as a techno-functional analyst in the oracle business domains: Project Accounting and Project Billing.

• Provide process enhancements to improve the efficiency of the Oracle ERP platform with excellent knowledge of business processes and how they fit in Oracle ERP.

• Provide on-going support to address the incidents and problems in the Oracle ERP system. Generate ad hoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the application.

• Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by Oracle ERP Batch and online transactions.

• Deliver and/or track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPIs.

• Prepare process flows, requirement documents, user training, and on-boarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements.

• Responsible for managing local personnel on a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle ERP Techno-Functional as a consultant, team lead or manager experience in a global organization.

• Hands-on experience at in Project Account and Project Billing.

• Hands-on experience at least in one or two business functions such as Project Accounting, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Corporate Accounting, Tax Cash Management or Order Management.

• Strong global Oracle ERP Operations experience with Oracle apps administration, functional configuration, integration, and troubleshooting skills are a must.

• Excellent executive reporting skills and ability to assign and get work done from cross-functional technical teams with different levels of seniority.

• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, including the ability to effectively lead resources and manage multiple activities of diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment.

• Ability to improve operational efficiency and service delivery effectiveness across all lines of business and processes and technology platforms.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.

• Thrives in a complex global environment working across multiple areas while taking ownership of functional domain.
