Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SEO Lead to join our digital marketing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization, digital strategy, and campaign execution. As an SEO Lead, you will drive organic traffic growth, oversee paid campaigns, and collaborate across departments to deliver data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

💬 SEO & Content Strategy

• Design and execute advanced SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and visibility.
• Perform in-depth technical SEO audits including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
• Lead link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority and off-page presence.
• Coordinate with content teams to develop SEO-optimized, high-quality content.

💬 Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify new technologies and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

💬 Paid Advertising

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine ad strategies to maximize ROI.

💬 Email Marketing

• Lead email marketing campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Grow and engage the email subscriber list through innovative strategies.

💬 Social Media Management

• Oversee brand presence across social media platforms.
• Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns to drive engagement and awareness.

💬 Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze and report on SEO and marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and present findings to stakeholders.

💬 Website Management

• Oversee website performance, UX, and content updates.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site architecture and technical health.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).
• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and traffic growth.
• Experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
