Customer Service for Insurance team involves developing applications on top of the Pega Platform CRM in the Insurance domain. This team works closely with Sales Automation and Marketing for CRM teams in the Insurance domain.
This team works on various aspects like product development, sales support, customer support and contributing to the Pega Platform and CRM innovation. This requires unique skill-sets of deep understanding of Pega and Insurance industry.

The Solutions Engineer works with a self-organizing team to design and implement the solutions in Financial Services industry. The team leverages the industry knowledge and Pegas innovative technology to create products to solve business problems and/or bring in operational efficiencies for customers. We are seeking experienced professionals who can demonstrate creativity, teamwork, a results-driven attitude, dedication to customer success and implement solutions on designs provided by applying modern and cutting-edge user experience using low code application development capabilities and digital process automation.
What You'll Do at Pega:- Participate in design and low code development of the features in Financial Services Industry using Pega App Studio - low code configuration capabilities
- Become technically proficient with Pega tool
- Assist in the identification of enhancements to Pegas products
- Actively participate in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions - providing continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes
- Actively contribute to Innovate
- You are an experienced technical professional with a strong commitment to customer success without compromising integrity. You are a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment who wants to focus on building, maintaining, and supporting next-generation solutions using low code platform.
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with good academic record
- 2-4 years of software development experience with Financial Services domain knowledge
- Experience of Low Code Development is an advantage
- Pega 7.x/8.x Certified CSA/CSSA is a good to have skill
- For a non-Pega developer, strong interest and desire to learn BPM, Low Code development using App Studio of Pega Platform is preferable
- Basic understanding on databases like Postgres/ Oracle along with ability to write simple SQL queries
- Preferable to have working experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
