CRMFS (Customer Relationship management for Financial Services) involves developing applications on top of the CRM PRPC platform in the financial services Domain. This team includes different subgroups like Avengers (CSFS - > Customer service for Financial Services), Spearhead (PMFS -> Pega Marketing for Financial Services), Composers (Sales Automation for Financial Services)
This team is primarily responsible for delivering micro journeys (service processes); product development, supporting sales teams, showcasing product innovation, customer SRs and contributing to the Pega platform and overall CRM. This role will be a key resource that is responsible for software testing/quality and create scalable testing infrastructure

In this role, you will be responsible for working with product managers, developers and designers in our agile team structure. Partner and collaborate with the engineering teams to achieve quality through continuous build, test automation, release engineering and software testability and Translate test plans and cases to code. We are seeking experienced technical professionals who can demonstrate creativity, teamwork, a results-driven attitude, and a dedication to customer success.
What You'll Do at Pega:- Will be responsible for application quality
- Leverage best in class technologies to convert the use cases/requirements into test design, automation scripts and its implementation, test/build deployment and support
- Ensure that teams are enabled and equipped to deliver high-quality software that meets customer expectations - making sure that defects are identified and addressed early during development
- Continuous Monitoring on Devops, CI and CTO pipelines
- Producing and reporting the quality status to various stakeholders on the release
- Collaborate with other scrum teams on the need basis
- Continuously innovate on the automation tools which will increase the productivity of the scrum teams
- Adhere to Pega development Best Practices
- Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.
- Technologies you will work on Pega, Pega Decisioning, REST Services etc.
- Should have an experience on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Junit, Selenium and Cucumber or any similar framework
- Experience with writing test cases and executing test cases
- Experience using the following: Docker, Jenkins and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
- Experience using the following: Core Java and tools like IntelliJ/Eclipse.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design
- Experience in REST API, performance and security testing tools
- Experience in non-functional testing like Localization and accessibility
- Experience with release testing activities like milestone builds testing
- Working experience in an agile/scrum team environment
- Ability to take an ownership of EPICS and sprints quality
- 5-7 years of experience serving as a Software Test Engineering is a must
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar field
- Should have an experience on Core Java, Object Oriented Programming
- You have worked with testing frameworks like Junit, Test Runner, Selenium.
- Good understanding on Software development methodologies and quality process
- Along with web and enterprise application development experience it is required to have exposure and hands on analytics (Predictive/Adaptive) and any decisioning tool.
- Good Knowledge about Natural Language Processing concepts.
- Should have experience of application integrations testing using REST/SOAP
- Should have exposure to Dev Ops (CI/CD) and Dockers
