Roles and Responsibilities

Experience:

1. Min 5 years of experience in Training & Development.

2. IT/ITes/BPO/KPO/ Revenue Cycle Management industry experience is preferred.

Required Skills :

1. Proven experience as corporate trainer and have worked at least 3 to 4 years as an individual contributor.

2. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

3. Enthusiastic to keep up-to-date of new techniques in corporate training.

4. Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.

5. Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.

6. Organizational and time management abilities

7.Critical thinking and decision making.

Preferred skills

1.Working experience with IT/ITes/BPO/KPO/ Revenue Cycle Management industry is preferred.

2.Experience in structuring Organizational Development (OD) Interventions is needed.

3.Experience in conducting various training programs such as Behavioral Training, 4.Leadership Training, process Training, Motivational Training, Team Building and communication training.

Position Responsibilities

1.Gather basic inputs to understand the key potential s of various levels of employees of the organization.

2.Identifying and analyzing training needs aligned to Business objectives by establishing collaborative relationship with employees, HOD s and Top management.

3.Classify several suitable training methods and develop content in line with business objectives.

4.Facilitates learning solutions, preparing annual training plans/calendar by utilizing internal and external resources as necessary.

5.Collaborates with training teams / SME to assess, design, develop and maintain training plans and solutions.

6.Review and edit training content for consistency and design and identify improvement opportunities through delivery and proofreading of course materials to ensure procedures, exercises and practices work as written and meets department standards.

7.Coordinating with SME to impart training effectively and ensure full participation in required training through proper communication channels.

8.Tracks and analyzes the trailing program through various evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of individual performances and provides a systematic and deep insight into a problem and facilitates extraction of scientific and logical explanation and conclusion on it.

9.Ensure the delivery of periodical training programs, providing reports to the Management as and when required.

10.Assists in educating employees on the use of the Learning Management System.

11.Communicates effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, business partners, and other teams.

12.Maintains current business knowledge; stays abreast of market events, product enhancements, and other successful techniques in order to be up-to-speed on potential training topics.

13.Assumes responsibility for ongoing development, researching training industry standards and best practices and embracing new technologies.

14.Coordinate HR, Admin and IT departments to provide necessary amenities to impart training which include training room, materials, supplies, IT access and etc.

15.Designs and/or delivers additional content, as assigned, to support any training needs identified for the business.
