Job Summary

Technical Competency Assessment and Management

Identify the core competencies and job-specific competencies for engineering job family Assess, Identify the gaps in employees skill and ascertain the training needs Design, Plan & Deliver trainings to address skill-gapsDesign, Develop and Deliver Technical Training programs Design and develop Technical Training programs to meet organizational needs Plan and publish training calendar for fresher graduates, lateral hires and existing staff Execute Trainings as per the planTechnical Course Content Development Develop technical training content Compile and develop e-learning content for implementing on organization's online learning management system Work with departmental SMEs to plan, design, develop & review technical training topics and course content Assessment of Training effectiveness Take the feedback from Attendees, Managers and Review Participants feedback and performance in Assessment Work with SMEs to improve the training contentTechnical, Functional & Behavioral Skills Core Java, j2ee technologies, Spring, etc., Exposure to Agile & DevOps is essential Understands business issues, the competitive environment Excellent oral, written communication & presentation skills Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or teaching the java/j2ee technologies Some experience in Business Application Development or atleast understanding of the application development
