Consultant -testing (software Quality) Job in Pennywise Solutions Private Limited

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile environment with geographically diverse teams (located in multiple timezones) using tools like Jira, Confluence and collaborate using Slack

• Create project-specific documents like Test Plan, Test Cases, Bug Reports, Test Status Reports

• Can independently work, without needing supervision, in most phases of testing like Smoke, System, Functional, Regression, Retesting, Adhoc testing and others

• Perform from Sanity to End to End Testing, on the internal builds released for testing

• Reviews requirements and identifies gaps in requirement and user journeys

• Experience in creating and executing the SIT and UAT test cases

• Participate in project standup/scrum regular meetings & update project testing status to stakeholders

• Can take client queries and review calls and can comfortably make UAT demos

• Responsible to work along with Lead to meet the project deliverables

• Raise alarms in advance to Test Lead/PM, when testing risks/impairments are encountered

• Responsible for publishing clear, concise and unambiguous test documentation/deliverables

Technical Skill Sets

• Web Application testing
• HTML testing,
• UI testing and knowledge of browser-specific constraints/issues
• Should have working experience of Ecommerce web applications
• Compatibility testing, Responsive Testing
• Accessibility Testing/Usability testing
• Automation Testing & Load testing (nice to have)
• Comfort with repeating the tests multiple times without getting complacent.
