Presales & Event Management:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the requirements of the customer and mapping it to the available products and services of theorganization.

Preparing Product Demonstrations andPresentations.

Giving Product Presentations to thecustomers.

Generate and maintain Leads and then pass on to the SalesTeam.

Understand the various business processes andfunctionalities.

Develop company profile and brand image in the market throughsustained campaigns; organizingtrade shows, events anddemonstrations.

Preparing proposals and other sales related materials and documents for the salesteam.

Build a relationship with potentialcustomers.

Tele Sales/Tele Marketing:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain database for prospectivecustomers.

Cold calling from the database and generateleads.

Understanding the various software products of PEOBRiCS and explainthe same to theprospects.

Handling initial customer queries andissues.

Take appointments and pass on the leads to the salesteam.

Reporting to the salesteam.

Maintain database of leads and trackingthem.

Understand the products, services, skills and expertise of the organizationthoroughly.

Understand the requirements of the customer and mapping it to the available products and services of theorganization.

Understand the different segments of the market and match customer requirements with the available range of products and services within theorganization.

To generate quality leads that result insales.

Meet the business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout theyear.

Develop and execute salesproposals.

Develop company profile and brand image in the market throughsustained campaigns; organizingtrade shows, events anddemonstrations.

Continuously monitor and ensure maximizing customer satisfaction,understanding their requirements and customizing servicesaccordingly.

Make product presentations toclients.

Account Management:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Increase the company s involvement with existingclient.

Getting repetitive business from existingcustomers.

Proactively develop relationships with key users and the internal teams with customer feedback regarding product & serviceimprovements.

Analyze promotional activity to maximizesales.

Address client concerns and ensure the issues are addressed with immediateand utmost concern; resolutions are provided on time, with follow-ups as and whenappropriate.

Carry out ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors with a focus on the future and value creation.

Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within anorganization.

Responsible for managing, supporting, and servicing the account related needs of an assigned set of strategiccustomers.

Responsible for the implementation and execution of Action SalesPlan.
