Job Description Roles: End of line engineer Existing Test Line equipment monitoring and solve day to day issues. Monitoring of ECUs configuration & facilities hardware. Planning and execution of New Facilities/modification in existing facilities. Analysis and action against issues related to facilities and process. MES data uploading and analysis Safety and cost improvement activities Responsibilities: Vehicle modules technical documents understanding & interpretation DTCs and offline repair tools operating to diagnose car MFT/ECU flashing tool inhouse repair Planning, scheduling & installation of EOL equipment s Supplier selection, audit, evaluation & development Technical evaluation of suppliers, design review & PDI at suppliers end Electrical Vehicle charging system and charging infrastructure monitoring EOL machine parameters updating & machines operation Responsible for documentations like: SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan etc Equipment s handover to user after completion of all punch points Quality issues analysis and MIS preparation Requirements Requirements: Bachelor s degree or equivalent (Preference- Mechanical Engineer) 3 ~ 5 years experience in Car OEM in GA as ME, preferably working experience of EOL Should have knowledge of EOL equipment & processes Experience of EOL equipment specifications preparation, development & installation Awareness of EOL national & international standards Knowledge of ADAS and EOL calibration required for the same Experience of vehicle modules technical documents understanding & interpretation Hands ON of ECOS development, establishment & its communication with MES Knowledge of DTCs and offline repair tools to diagnose car Good awareness of overall MFT/ECU flashing tool inhouse repair Knowledge of Emission Test and AC leak Test Awareness of PLC program updation Hands-On experience of EOL machine parameters updation & machines operation
