Resident Construction Manager (Erection Contracts) - Power Generation Job in PeopleOne Consulting

The candidate should have independently handled ?Erection? of Boiler and Auxiliaries of 210 MW power plants and above, at site as ?Site Manager? for at least 5 years and managed a large number of contract labourers. He should be able to achieve the financial targets as per the contract and deliver the project as scheduled within the budgeted costs. He should be an able leader with good conflict resolution and negotiations skills.

Minimum Requirements

Must be a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) with experience in coal based power plant business and be around 40 years of age.
