  • Hands-on skills with the Microsoft Azure Self Service Password Reset
  • Hands-on skills with the Microsoft AD FS
  • Fundamental networking knowledge IP, DNS, WINS, IP routing, network address translation etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies very fast.
  • Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Candidate should be capable to manage customer along with offshore team to drive mailbox migration activities.
  • Good in handling customer escalation and provide solution
  • Able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must
  • Should be able to work in 24 7 shifts & customer location
  • Microsoft certified preferred
  • 3-5yrs relevant exp

  • Active Directory, MIM Microsoft Identity Manager
  • Should have experience in Build active Directory and Design not the support experience
  • L3 and above
  • Key Words : Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Security & Compliance, Domain Migration, MIM(older FIM), AD Forest migration
