Position: Full Stack Developer Fresher

Primary skills: Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus). Basic understanding of back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Java, or PHP. Familiarity with database technologies: MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of RESTful APIs and Git/GitHub.

Secondary skills: Good problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and grow. Project experience in web development.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.

Salary: 10k 15k

Roles:

1)Assist in the development of web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.

2)Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.

3)Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers.

4)Help in testing, debugging, and improving application performance.

5)Participate in code reviews and learning sessions.

6)Maintain documentation of code and development processes.

Key Result Area (KRAs):

1)Front-End Development: Designing and implementing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

2)Back-End Development: Writing server-side logic using Node.js, Python, PHP, etc. Creating and managing databases and APIs.

3)Communication: Understanding and implementing client or team requirements.

4)Learning & Skill Development: Actively learning new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Applying feedback and improving technical and soft skills.

Key Performance Indicator (KPIs):

1)Timely completion of UI components, bug-free front-end delivery.

2)Number of API endpoints created, response time optimization.

3)Number of bugs/issues reported, peer review score.

4)Timely response to tasks, participation in team discussions.
