Job Summary Job Description for HR Counsellor- IT TrainingPercept Infosystem Consultants is hiring for the position of HR Counselor!Position: HR CounsellorQualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR or related field preferred)Experience: 0-1 YearSalary: 1.2 LPA 2.4 LPA (Target Based)Job Type: Full timeLocation: Percept Infosystem, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with convincing abilitiesGood understanding of IT courses/training programs (basic level)Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targetsProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plusKey Responsibilities: Counsel students, graduates, and job seekers about IT training programs and career paths Understand individual career goals and recommend suitable courses Handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments Maintain and update student records in the database Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets Coordinate with the training and placement teams for smooth operationsKey Performance Area:Lead Conversion- Turning inquiries into enrollmentsTarget Achievement- Meeting weekly/monthly enrollment goalsCounselling Quality- Providing clear, convincing course guidanceFollow-up Efficiency- Timely follow-ups to close leadsDatabase Accuracy- Proper record keeping of inquiries and conversionsClient Satisfaction- Ensuring a positive experience for every candidate
