Job Description for HR Counsellor-
IT Training Percept Infosystem Consultants is hiring for the position of HR Counselor!
Position: HR Counsellor Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR or related field preferred)
Experience: 0-1 Year
Salary: 1.2 LPA – 2.4 LPA (Target Based)
Job Type: Full time
Location: Percept Infosystem, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Required Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with convincing abilities
• Good understanding of IT courses/training programs (basic level)
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students, graduates, and job seekers about IT training programs and career paths
• Understand individual career goals and recommend suitable courses
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain and update student records in the database
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
• Coordinate with the training and placement teams for smooth operations
Key Performance Area:
Lead Conversion- Turning inquiries into enrollments
Target Achievement- Meeting weekly/monthly enrollment goals
Counselling Quality- Providing clear, convincing course guidance
Follow-up Efficiency- Timely follow-ups to close leads Database
Accuracy- Proper record keeping of inquiries and conversions
Client Satisfaction- Ensuring a positive experience for every candidate
