Responsibilities:

Design and update job descriptions

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Stack Overflow and Enhance)

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Short list the candidates

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

Participate in different recruitment events; job fairs & in-house recruitment drive
