Contacting current and potential clients

Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product

Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.

Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

Understanding customer needs and solving queries

Handling inbound and outbound calls

Generate maximum orders/Clients to meet targeted number of opportunities

Making 80 to 100 calls a day

Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
